Each of these
programs uses a series of challenging activities that help teams improve
how they solve problems, collaborate and work together. The atmosphere
is fun, but the lessons are very practical. We have several themes
available to fit your needs, or we can create a custom agenda for your
event.
Monkey Business
This is a great
business simulation project, but with the atmosphere of a treasure hunt.
Teams take on the role of developers competing for a contract to develop
a new exhibit at the zoo. Each team must research various animals,
interview the public, and study traffic patterns in order to create a
presentation to the philanthropic organization funding the new project.
Game Time
Each team is given
a grab bag full of items. They must construct, test and market a brand
new board game. Teams then test each others’ games and score them based
on creativity, playability and their marketing presentation. This can be
a fun, short project, or a longer session that talks about creativity,
collaboration and the effects of competition on our work standards.
Construction Zone
Teams love to
build! We have a series of projects that can be done as races, or as more in-depth team projects that require group
problem-solving and collaboration skills. Teams can build towers,
bridges, castles, or even save astronauts!
It’s Not Easy
Being Green
The climate is
changing, and your team will need to develop a strategy for responding
to new conditions. Your team will innovate new solar powered vehicles,
develop alternative businesses, and
brainstorm ways to become a more
green business.
Golf Course Designer
We’ve turned
golf into a team sport! Groups work together to build miniature
golf-courses out of an assortment of various materials. They then play a
round through each of the different holes created by the other teams.
This can be a fun-only program, or can include ROI and other business
simulations.
