Your group will
experience an interactive learning game to gain valuable insights into
their own thinking and decision-making styles. They will then take on a
series of challenges that will help them improve their communication,
brainstorming and problem-solving skills.
3-4
hours
Sometimes teams
need to get away from the office for a while and take a good look at how
they operate, where they’ve been and where they’re going. Through a
series of team assessments and interviews, a custom agenda is created to
help your team identify key areas to develop and then roll up their
sleeves and make it happen.
5-8
hours
This comprehensive
program takes your team through a series of exercises and discussions
that build a foundation for long-term success. At the end of the course,
your team leaves with a
detailed team charter and a commitment to do what it takes to be
successful. These sessions can be done as a two-day retreat or in 4
half-day sessions held weekly, monthly or quarterly. This program is
ideal for teams that need to improve performance, are going through a
merger or other restructuring, or for new teams that want to get started
on the right foot.
Four 3-4 hour sessions
Your team plays
the part of global consultants brought in to make recommendations to
maximize efficiency and profits of a multinational company. Your team
evaluates current company performance and problem areas, determines what
information they need to gather and how to get it, then creates an
action plan to present to the Board of Directors. Our facilitator will
demonstrate tools to use in each area. A powerful “flight simulator” for
corporate pilots.
3-6 hours
The group learns a
step-by-step process for breaking through a 10” x 12” board safely and
effectively as a metaphor for how effective they can be when they have a
clear goal, an effective strategy and absolute commitment to doing
whatever it takes to succeed.
Short skill-mill
programs targeting key areas that your team needs to develop. These can
be done on their own or in combination with any other program.

On-Line Team
Survey
Our team survey can be added to any team building event to help
pinpoint problems and successes for your team members' points of view.
Basic Our
5-10 minute on-line multiple choice survey allows each participant to
anonymously give their input on how well the team does and doesn’t work
together. We send a summary to your management team before the event and
use the results to customize your event.
Advanced A
more in-depth survey for teams with more complex structures and issues.
HBDI The
Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI)
provides each team
member with an assessment of his or her own thinking, communication, and
decision-making style. Participants use this system to create a greater
understanding of what other team members need, how to resolve conflicts,
ways to reach customers and how to deliver a better product.
DiSC Helps
employees at all levels better understand their own behavior, learn how
and when to adapt their behavior to improve communication and reduce
conflict, and enhance individual and team performance. This core report
gives valuable feedback on a person's natural approach to completing
tasks and interacting with others in a given environment.
Team Profiles
HBDI This
tool is a composite of your team members' individual HBDI profiles put
into visual and informational displays of how your team, as a group, thinks,
processes information and prefers to deal with problems.
DiSC
Individual responses are kept confidential to allow for completely
honest answers. Summaries are provided to the management team. This
helps our staff and your team better understand the dynamics and issues
effecting your team and what to focus on.
