The goal of every Atlanta Challenge event is to help your group become more effective team players, stronger leaders, and people of character. Our programs are delivered in a fun, interactive style that allows participants to experience the benefits of utilizing these attributes, and the consequences when they don't. We don't lecture them; we let the adventure speak for itself, with an occasional nudge in the right direction.

Simply put, character means having the strength to do what needs to be done, whether it’s popular or not, whether it’s easy or not, and whether you like it or not. Real character is what makes the difference between a meaningful life and just an existence. Leadership

With so many influences today trying to control our focus and decisions, it is important to understand personal leadership before leading others. Being a leader does not mean being bossy or always being right, but having a sense of direction and purpose. Adventure-based learning is a great way to stretch oneself emotionally, physically and mentally.
